Friday Evening: Appropriate Civilian Attire

General Assembly and Saturday Attire:  Air Force light blue shirt or blouse with tie/tab OR Aviator Shirt Combination

Head Table:  Class A Blues OR CAP Blazer

Banquet Attire:  Mess Dress, CAP Blazer Combination, Class A Blues or appropriate Civilian Dress Attire

Cadet Aides: Class A Uniforms

MEAL CHOICES:

Prime Rib with Au Jus or Horseradish Sauce.

Cranberry Glazed Roast Turkey Breast with Mashed Potatos, Butternut Squash, Sweet peas/Carrot medley, Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce.

Sage Ravioli filled with Butternut Squash served with Sautéed Mushrooms & Spinach in a light cream sauce.

ALL MEALS WILL BE SERVED WITH:

Fresh Garden Greens Salad w/ a Balsamic Glaze Vinaigrette
